What can the Proliner® do?
The Proliner is a portable measuring device, which uniquely combines the measuring and drawing of an object transferring the information directly into an CAD-file. It is also possible to transfer the information automatically into a NC-code, then directly into your machine, without any extra programming necessary.

What type of measurements can the Proliner® make?
The Proliner® is 3-dimensional and capable of measuring objects up to ten meters in diameter. Additionally, the Proliner® can combine contours, thus extending its range even further. Surfaces of 1000 m2 have been measured.

Of what consists the Proliner®?
The Proliner® is a compact, portable measuring device complete with an integrated touch screen, a special measuring pen, remote control, communication cable, batteries, battery charger and special Proliner® software.

How user friendly is the Proliner®?
A touch screen interface and an extremely user-friendly dialog allows the Proliner® to easily guide its user through all the steps from measuring straight through to storing the specific measuring data and drawings of a client.

What kind of shapes can the Proliner® measure?
Thanks to the unique measuring pen, the Proliner® is capable of accurately registering the inner and outer contours of any object from point to point or continuously, horizontally, vertically or slanted. The Proliner® is capable of measuring even the most complex shapes and contours, even 3-dimensional. It is fast, efficient and easy to use.

How exact is the Proliner®?
With correct use in defining a shape with the measuring pen, the Proliner® is absolutely precise (0.2 - 0.5 mm), eliminating the costly calculation mistakes that so often occur when measuring by hand.

How does the Proliner® translate the information into drawings?
The Proliner® translates the digital information automatically into a CAD-drawing
(DXF format) which can easily be connected to a PC for further processing in basically any CAD program.

Is it possible to control a production machine using the Proliner®?
An optional addition to the CAD-software makes it possible to instantly translate the digital drawings into NC-code for your machines. The Vector CAD/CAM software is particularly user-friendly and also compatible with spreadsheet, word processor and planning software. There is a database, which contains over 1,000 types of postprocessors. These are custom-programmed for several CNC-machines in a variety of industries.
